1. Sign up
Head to clipunity.ai/sign-up and create an account with your email. Cognito sends a 6-digit code — paste it in to verify. You land in onboarding.
2. Tell us who you are
Four steps, two minutes:
- Welcome— your role (creator, agency, media, brand) and your primary content topic. These tune defaults, they don’t lock anything.
- Capture — paste a video URL or use the sample. We’ll show how our pipeline runs.
- Invite — optional. Enter teammate emails + roles; they get Cognito welcome links.
- Done — you’re dropped into
/home.
We persist role + topic on your User row so the app can personalize what it shows next time you log in.
3. First capture
On /home, paste any video URL into the hero bar and hit Capture. The pipeline:
- URL-ingest Lambda pulls the source (yt-dlp + BrightData where needed)
- AWS Transcribe generates the transcript
- Claude Haiku scores every potential hook
- A

Typical time: 30–60 seconds for a 5-minute source video. You’ll see a project card on /home the moment it’s ready.
